I've read other Megan Derr stories and they just aren't my cuppa. I would say that I didn't know what I was thinking when I bought it, but I was desperate for an audiobook to keep me company on my bike ride. There are slim pickins in our genre. In this particular book, her male characters were pretty much chicks w/d1ck$, which I can't tolerate in my mm romance. I'm not going to comment further on the story's merits, or lack thereof; you can find plenty of information in the other reviews.
It didn't help that Paul Morey narrated the audio version. The man can't do accents to save his life, and his narrative make me want to roll my eyes back and slip into a brief coma.
